I embarked on this journey because I’m fed up with the division in the United States. The atmosphere has become so violent and vengeful.

It’s Blue versus Red, a scenario that feels all too familiar. We’re heading in the wrong direction with our attitudes towards each other, and unity seems to be a thing of the past.

We need to rediscover who we are and what we stand for. It’s crucial to engage in conversations with one another, to truly get to know our neighbors. By listening and understanding each other, we can judge less and empathize more.

We all have promising ideas. Sometimes, we need to consider what others are saying and be willing to give a little to get a little. But in the end, we can all win.

I must admit, I don’t have all the answers. I’m navigating this process and learning as I go. Just like at the office water cooler, where ideas are shared and collaboration brings them to life, communication is key. Through working together, we can bring about positive change.
